To prepare a new presentation, the first thing you must do is to wear the HUD (The name of the object is:
'KodigoStyle - Presentations System - ES - WEARME'). If you edit this object can configure several aspects
you'll need to configure your presentations.
1. The HUD description (By default this parameter is: 'Enter here the code of your presentation').
This 'code' is used to connect your HUD with the avatars that will see your presentation.
If you start a presentation with a HUD whose description is "math class" and someone else has a HUD with the same description on the same island, he will can join the presentation. Otherwise, If these descriptions do not match, he can not connect to the presentation that you have started.
2. 'The important things are inside "
Drag and drop your presentation images and textures in the HUD contents.
Your users HUDs doesnt need to content it!. The system will share it automatically.
3. The compatible presentations screen system .
If your users do not have enough experience on how to use the inventory, how to dress
objects, etc ... the system has a compatible presentations screen.
You can configure the communication code with the screen it as follows: Edit your HUD, and at the
tab content you will find a note named "Board ID", edit it and write the screent code inside this notecard.
Repeat the same code on the note inside the screen.
All done!
Once you have configured this and spread the HUD to your users, simply click on the HUD gray bar and select 'Start' in the blue menu. The users will get a confirmation message to join your presentation.
To quit the presentation just click again on the gray bar and select 'Stop'.
Thanks to the communication system based on codes (the code of the note and the description of Huds) you and your team can make several presentations on the same island at the same time.
